# What You'll Need:

→ Seafood Filling

01 - 6 medium flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
03 - 1 cup lump crab meat
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
07 - 3 tbsp mayonnaise
08 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 tsp paprika
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Pepper, to taste

→ Garlic Cream Sauce

12 - 2 tbsp butter
13 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
14 - 1 cup heavy cream
15 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated and creamy.
03 - Lay out each flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread seafood filling evenly across each tortilla, leaving a small border around edges. Roll tightly from one end to the other and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened and creamy, stirring occasionally.
05 - Pour the garlic cream sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Bake for 15-18 minutes until sauce bubbles vigorously and tortilla tops turn golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of crab and shrimp feels luxurious without being pretentious
  • That garlic cream sauce turns simple tortillas into something downright addictive
  • You can assemble them ahead and bake when guests arrive
02 -
  • Cold cream cheese will create lumps in your filling that you cannot fix later
  • Roll the tortillas tighter than you think you need to or the filling will escape while baking
  • The sauce will continue to thicken as it bakes, so do not over reduce it on the stove
03 -
  • Warm your tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds before filling to prevent cracking
  • Use a cookie scoop to portion the filling evenly across all six tortillas
