10 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
→ For the Graham Crumble
11 - 2 graham crackers, crushed
12 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
13 - 1 teaspoon brown sugar

02 - Cover the oat mixture and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours, allowing the oats to fully hydrate and absorb flavors.
03 - In a small bowl, combine diced strawberries with fresh lemon juice and maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate until assembly.
04 - In a small bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and brown sugar, mixing until the texture resembles wet sand. Reserve for topping.
